The road to success may be and generally is, obstructed by many influences which must be removed
before the goal can be reached. One of the most detrimental of these obstacles is a mind. The human
body is driven by mind, every -Action, Every- thought. A mind in control and in harmony can take a man
to great heights imaginable. Although it’s not possible to control the mind every time as it works
continuously, Producing thoughts and thoughts. They are negatives or positives, it’s the work of mind to
feed you with information and this is upon you which type of information you choose and use it for
achieving “SUCCESS”.

Whatever you desire, you can achieve it using Mind Power.

All physical reality is made up of vibrations of energy; even your thoughts are vibrations of energy. While
it sounds like a concept or theory, this is a new reality that quantum physics has revealed to us. Your
thoughts have a powerful influence on your life.

Your thoughts affect what happens to you.

Most of us go through life taking little notice of our thought processes: how the mind thinks, what it fears,
what it heeds, what it says to itself, what it brushes aside. For the most part, we go about your lives with
minimal attention paid to how we think. We go through life neglecting one of the most important and
powerful forces in our life: our thoughts.

What you focus on, you attract.

Mind Power is directing your thoughts towards a desired outcome. Focus on success and you attract
success. Focus on fear and failure and you attract failure. Mind Power is revising these principles and
making our thoughts work for us. Your thoughts are the primary creative forces in your life. Use them
consciously and you will awaken to a whole new life of power and opportunity.

In order to make changes in your life, you must change the way you use your mind. You cannot think
both negative and positive thoughts at the same time, as one will always dominate the other. As humans,
we’re creatures of habit, and so are our minds. We must make sure empowering thoughts and positive
emotions are the dominating influence in the mind.

Most people try to change external conditions by working directly on those conditions but this almost
always proves futile or temporary, unless it is accompanied by a change of thoughts and beliefs.

Train your conscious mind to think thoughts of success, happiness, health, and prosperity. Learn to
weed out negativity such as fear and worry. Keep your conscious mind busy with the expectation of the
best, and make sure the thoughts you habitually think are based upon what you want in your life.

The Subconscious Mind

We all know we have a subconscious, but for most of us, our knowledge of it ends there. Your
subconscious mind is a second, hidden mind that exists within you. It interprets and acts upon the
predominating thoughts that reside within your conscious mind, and its goal is to attract circumstances
and situations that match the images you have within.

We reap what we sow

Think of your subconscious mind as incredibly fertile soil that will grow any seed you plant in it. Your
habitual thoughts and beliefs are seeds that are being constantly sown. Just as corn kernels produce
corn and wheat seeds produce wheat, the contents of your thoughts will have an effect in your life. You
will reap what you sow; this is a law.

Your conscious mind is like the gardener that tends to the soil. It’s your responsibility to be aware of how
this process works, choosing wisely what reaches the inner garden — your subconscious. For most, our
role as gardener has never been explained. By not knowing this role, we have allowed seeds of all types
– good and bad – to enter our subconscious.

The subconscious doesn’t discriminate, judge, or censor. It will manifest success, abundance, and health
just as easily as failure, ill health, and misfortune. Your subconscious accepts what is impressed upon it
with feeling and repetition, whether these thoughts are positive or negative. It does not evaluate things
like your conscious mind does. This is why it is so important to be aware of what you are thinking.

Once you understand that your subconscious will bring you what you need or desire and you begin
working daily to project thoughts and images of what you want, seemingly chance-events will start
happening to you. To the untrained mind, synchronicity appears to to be coincidence or luck, but it is
neither. It is simply the operation of the forces you have set into motion with your thoughts. This powerful
inner collaborator, working with your conscious mind, will bring to you the people and circumstances you
require to achieve your goals.

Everything in the universe is made up of energy. Everything from the items in your home, to the events
that happen to you and even our thoughts are made up of vibrations of energy. This means our thoughts
are made of the exact same substance as the building blocks of the universe. Knowing this, we can use
it to our advantage.

Methods to Channel Your Mind Power

Meditate:

Meditation, aside from being healthy for mind and body, is one of the first ways to try when tapping into
your subconscious. Put in an MRI machine while under meditation. Buddhist monks that have mastered
the art during decades of practice have shown extreme brain activation. One of the most visible changes
regarded neuroplasticity or the brain’s ability to alter its structure and functioning according to new
experiences. This means a virtual reorganization of the neural connections of the brain.

Moreover, the same study showed that mediation can expand your capacity for happiness, increase your
empathy and lead toward achieving a state of oneness. Extraordinary changes in the brain entail
changes in the conscious and unconscious realms of thought. One example is the monks’ ability to use

the extrinsic (or outward-oriented) network of their brain together with their intrinsic (which deals in self-
reflection and emotion) network. Meditation is no doubt a gateway to the mind power needed to live a

Visualizations:

We live in an immense quantum sea of vibrating energy that is responsive to how and what we think. Our
thoughts are creative forces and are constantly expressing themselves in our lives. Once we realize this,
we can begin designing our lives with clarity and purpose.

So how can we use this reality in our lives? By focusing daily on what you desire. The Mind Power
system consists of easily learned techniques that help you focus and direct your thoughts, and the first
technique you’ll learn is visualization.

What is visualization?

Visualization is simply a mental rehearsal. You create images in your mind of having or doing whatever it
is that you want. You then repeat these images over and over again, daily for about five minutes a day.
In your five-minute practice, use your imagination to see yourself being successful in whatever goal you
may have.

What you focus on, you attract.

The key to visualizing is to always visualize that you already have what you desire. This is a mental trick.
Rather than hoping you will achieve it, or building confidence that one day it will happen, live and feel it
as if it is happening to you now. On one level you know this is just a mental trick, but the subconscious
mind cannot distinguish between what is real and what is imagined. Your subconscious will act upon the
images you create within, whether they reflect your current reality or not.

Auto suggestion and Affirmations :

Even though the subconscious does not communicate directly with us, it can be made to respond to
certain stimuli. Autosuggestion and affirmations are great ways to do this. While the first requires

repetition and conditioning, the second works through positive thinking. Positive thinking is much simpler
and therefore accessible to anyone at any time. To make it easier, you can start off with its negative form
– the absence of constant worrying and negativity.

Affirmations are statements that you say either out loud or quietly to yourself. By doing this, you affirm to
yourself whatever it is that you desire. For example, if you have an important interview coming up, you
could affirm to yourself that you will have “a great interview”.

When you verbalize something and repeat it to yourself, it will influence your thoughts. This is why
affirmations are successful. If you say to yourself, “I will have a great interview”, you will automatically
begin thinking about your upcoming interview as a great interview. What you focus on, you attract so
begin using affirmations to focus on what you desire.

The fact is that no one can look at the upside of everything, all the time. Instead, try to refrain from falling
into the pit of depressive thoughts. Don’t dwell on sad moments of the past. Slowly but surely, you’ll start
to feel better about yourself and your life as a whole. Boosting your self-esteem and happiness is one of
the best advantages to tapping into your mind power. It is another step toward achieving the impossible.

You don’t need to force yourself to believe your affirmation, simply repeat it over and over and it will
naturally have an effect on you. Repeating the statement many times will cause it to work for you.

Affirmations are simple, easy to use, and very powerful. Many professional athletes use them to perform
well. Successful business people use them to close deals and run their businesses, and artists use them
to be creative and come up with innovative ideas. You can use them too, in any area of your life.

Educate your subconscious:

People evolve and mature through life lessons. Even though we might not be aware of the values our
parents instilled into us, the subconscious does. Storing passion, grief, suffering, joy, jealousy or even
hatred conditions our behavior. It also conditions the way we relate to others or think about certain
subjects. Feelings are bottled up and repressed. They can be translated by the subconscious into
irrational fears, moments of depression or in revising aggressive actions when confronted with certain
triggers.

Aside from keeping you from reaching your true potential, these outbursts also damage your
relationships and your state of mind. In order to get rid of them, you must explain them. For example,
fear of the dark can be kept well into adulthood if it is connected to a traumatizing childhood experience.
Similarly, certain words can be subconsciously connected to a lost love, throwing you in a downward
spiral of sadness.

If you cannot tackle the weight of your subconscious alone, professional help is always recommendable.
Once explained, these experiences that lived on in your subconscious lose their power. In their place,

Create a success vibration:

Unfortunately most of us are quicker to see our own failures and shortcomings than we are to
acknowledge our success. To create a success vibration you must change this self-deprecating habit and become success-focused.

Examine your personal qualities and present situation and find things to feel successful about. Are you a
good friend to someone? Are you positive? Are you generous? Do you dress well? Are you a safe
driver? You are not limited to a narrow definition of success such as someone who is rich, famous, and
good-looking. There are literally hundreds of other aspects of your life that are equally important; the key
is to find aspects that help us feel successful in our own lives. This is one way to create a success
vibration.

Create a success vibration and you’ll attract success.

Start by creating an acknowledging list. Your list can be either general or specific. For example, let’s say
you’re an entrepreneur building your business. You might make a specific acknowledging list that
highlights the qualities you possess which will help you succeed in that role, such as: I’m a good
communicator, I have great people skills, I’m a great leader, etc. By focusing on this list you are building
a specific success vibration. The same principle works whether you’re closing a multi-million-dollar deal,
getting an entry-level job, or finding the perfect partner.

Change negative thought into a positive one:

If you’re worried and focusing on what could go wrong in a situation, change your thoughts to what could
go right. Your mind can only think one thought at a time, so changing the negative into a positive
eliminates the negative.

Remind yourself: a negative thought is just a negative thought.

A thought has no power other than what you give it. Negative thoughts gain momentum when you think
them over and over again. So stop thinking them.

The key is to catch the negatives before they have time to become entrenched. With practice you will
notice right away when you are thinking negatives, and you then can take the appropriate actions. The
mind is a creature of habit, so encourage positive thoughts and eliminate negative ones.

In the end:

Whatever your definition of success is, you can achieve it. You can achieve anything you put your mind
to, once you understand Mind Power.
